Intervention points of ITP may define as follows:

P (Perform Point)A Perfom Point where CONTRACTOR Or SUBCONTRACTOR perfoming the work verifies the quality progressively and often with the aid of checklists.
H (Hold Point)A Hold Point is a critical step in manufacturing and testing where it is essential that COMPANY’s Representafive inspect the component/equipment in order to ascertain that the product for delivery complies with specified requirements.
Process activities designated as a Hold Point may not proceed unless a COMPANY’s Representative is present, or the Hold Point is fomally waived, and the waiver is confirmedin writing. Waiving of a Hold Point will be documented and the reason for the waiving stated.
COMPANY will be noffied five (5) working days (or other time frame agreed by COMPANY) in advance of the activity. The acttivity may not proceed without COMPANY attendance or waiver as provided for herein.
W (Witnessing Point)A Witness Point is a critical step in manufacturing and testing where it is desirable that COMPANY’s Representative inspects the component/equipment in order to ascertain that the product for delivery complies with specified requirements.
COMPANY’ Representative must be given nofication of all process activities designated with Witness Point five (5) working days (or other time frame agreed by COMPANY) in advance of the activity. Once proper notification is given, the activity will precede according to the schedule regardless of COMPANY’s Representative attendance.
M (Monitoring Point)A Monitor Point is a critical step in manufacturing and testing where it is optional that COMPANY’s Representative inspects thecomponent/equipment in order to ascertain that the product for delivery complies with specified requirements.
COMPANY will be notified three (3)working days (or other time frame agreed by COMPANY)in advance of the activity.The activity may proceed with or without COMPANY attendance.
A (Approval)An Approval Point is a critical step in design, procurement, and or fabrication and testing where it is mandatory that the COMPANY’s approve a document/qualification/equipment/or activity. The COMPANY shall be notified at a duration specified in the contract in advance of the first occurrence of the activity or provided the document in a period of time specified by the contract.The activity may not proceed without the COMPANY’s.
R (Reviewing Point)A Review Point is a critical step in design, procurement, and or fabrication and testing where it is desirable that the COMPANY review the document/qualification/equipment/or activity. The COMPANY shall be notified at a duration specified in the contract in advance of the first occurrence of the activity or provided the document in a period of time specified by the contract. The activity may proceed with or without the COMPANY’s comments or review.
COMPANY shall be entitled to have their Representative or his nominee present at all locations where Works is carried out, at any and all the times, to review and witness whatever inspection and testing as required by the CONTRACT.
